BIRTHDAY!!!!!

so TODAY I am THIRTY!!!!! :-)

and sick, :-(   BOO for being sick on your birthday.  Matt did make me a cake though!

Birthday tradition- pink cake with pink icing.  Unfortunately, there was no pink cake at the store so Matt had to add red food coloring to it to make it shaded pink.  It was GREAT.  :-)

I haven't had pink cake and icing since Mom made it for me on my 21st Birthday.  She drove it up to DC for me...I remember we met in Manasses for dinner.  

Off to enjoy the Birthday with some cake,  TV, tissues, and a cocktail of tea and nyquil.
