yummy new dinner!


Pasta with Chicken and Cheese

I wasn't sure what to make for dinner tonight so I looked at what we had and created a YUMMY new dinner!  It's a great balance between carbs, protein, healthy fat, and vegetables!

I sauteed onions and garlic in olive oil.  I added one can of tomato sauce, one shredded chicken breast, and 1/2 a bag of frozen vegetables (steamed).  I added pepper and Italian seasoning to taste.  After it was all bubbly and delicious I added 4 wedges of laughing cow cheese to make it melty and gooey. I serve d it over pasta and with a side of garlic bread.
