Time for some NASCAR!!
What a GLORIOUS day!! We had SO much fun! The day started out with a 9 mile run for me (which was good considering what I was planning to have for dinner later that day). Then we headed off to the Homestead Speedway for the NASCAR Sprint Cup. (At least I THINK that's what we saw, Aunt Mary PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong). Regardless of the race title the drivers were looking to get their hands on this...

We got to the Speedway and decided it was time for lunch.
Yummy Steak or Sausage with peppers and onions!
After lunch we walked around looking at the sites and people. We made sure to "boo" all of the "jerks." I want to take this moment to tell you that I have NO idea of who to root for- I'm simply taking Tommy and Aunt Mary's advice.

Cheering and Booing:
Tommy was super generous and got us PIT PASSES!! We got to go ON the track and get a closer look at everything!!

OK- I stand corrected- the flaming baby is not flaming- while it appears to be flaming it is actually the reflector stripe with flames behind.
